Ah talk about being weird:)
I went with hubby to watch Angels and Demons:) I loved it!!!! I can say that besides probably "Pirates of the Caribbean "and "Lord of the Rings" and "Schindler's List" it is one of my favorite movies of all time. The plot in the story is very good and very confusing also :)
I was wondering if something like that would happen to the Catholic Church..it would be a slap on the wrist .But the movie also shows that if the Catholic church wants too, secrets will never surface,and it all becomes what do you know?! Politics! under the pretext that they are the men of God:) Humpf..I don't Know about that..
And speaking of the subject:) I was watching last nigh the History Channel..they had a show about Nostradamus and what he predicted for 1212 , as well as the Mayas.
I don't know if God needs to be involved in our destruction ..we seem to be doing a very good job :Polluting everything that surrounds us, killing each other, just like animal the only difference between them and us is that they kill out of instinct, for survival, we kill because ?! money is often involved, and some times just pure stupidity is involved . SO I can say that we're doing a pretty good job at desctroying ourselves :)

from i what i know about the maya they counted sunspot cycles as counted by the orbital cycle of the planet venus. every so many turns the sun shifts polarity, the earth, ever the satelite, follows suit. they weren't passing a moral judgement, just passin math class, accounting,astronomy. no man hands in the cleaning of the slate. i've often wondered if that's about how long it takes for man to struggle from the mud long enough to deserve a whacked back takin his damn greed into hell with him, mother earth mulching the monster
